Hello everyone , i enjoy doin Arah in some cases its really challenging , and to me is alot of fun if you dont cheat the bosses. But since i enjoy doin the mechanics in the fights ive came across a dead end sort of speak.

The giant! i dont know what it is about him , i cant doge that little green thingy that randomly comes out from him , (or i think its random) anyway when he charges (easy) when he does his aoe attack i can somewhat roll out or blink if needed. i was wondering what other mesmers might do on this boss or skill set up. in some cases i doge his aoe but sometimes im not so lucky .. i was wondering how other mesmers might handle such a boss

I havent tryed it i just now thought about it MIMIC! , i can use his own skills on him right? if i was to purposely get hit . or even see this “random” green attack come at me?Anyway what do you guys do? currently im set up for Staff which means i love cond , power and vitality gear. However i do have full exotic on my 3stats i like. not counting weapons and ugh rings and such :[ anyway thanks for you help!

So i was re-doing some of my triat’s i guess i had overlooked it at one point , but one of them says

Heals allys when near phantasms , was curriouse how the healed amount worked in gulid wars. I wouldnt have alot of healing done now i guess since i have no healing stuff on.

oh ok i see , so the way im traited now i guess phantasm dps would be best , alright thats alot ill try to read up on boss fights and mobs n stuff , i really like arah so i may start with that one

Hello i was wondering what everyone else was doin for dungeons , i feel as if im not doin a good job in them and was wondering if i might be doin something wrong? Here is how i play.

Normally staying back and not shatering my clones unless i have Mirror Images up , i have a Sword and Torch on my switch so when i wanna toss choas armor on everyone i can. i have 3 of my extoic’s already for those 3 stats hopefully not in vain?

How is Greatsword? , what about sword sword? i herd i can tank? too. although i do like the role i play in dungeons just chillin back i would like to do more , better

Finally got 80! hurray! my crafting light armor is 400 and now i have 2 choices ahead of me , i can craft my rare armor that gives my 3 needed stats for my build , OR i can make magic find.
Ive also bought the exotic armor for my build and saw that i can also make the exotic MF stuff. plese shed some light on this.

Question : When you use magic find , do you go with events or just go around killing things? and can you tell a difference from when you have your MF and when you dont.

i was looking on alot of websites for answers on how it works , and i got a few of them i was just wondering …

on some of the items you need you spend skill points? i guess im not sure but how do you get those besides doin the world skill points? are there some in wVw that you can do over and over again? i havent gotten into wVw yet but when i reach 80 i will start :p

The items are random? and i was puttin in runes , and all kinds of items and i guess its pretty random… is there a site i can go to that shows these found recipes?

Really? having never played the 1st Gw i was a bit edgy when it came to “no heals , no agro table” but world of nerfcraft , was being to much the same. so i gave it a try and so far i was liking it , it was new no crazy quest lines , events are awesome! and the dungeons are something new…i like new

But now? i can understand about the “event nerf” botter’s are just bad , and i dont usually stick to a event and do it over and over again. but you just killed what PvE endgame and throughout game? (lvling 1-80) you had..i mean i sometimes liked gettin the rare hats (which all i have gotten are hats) …orly? but now i can maybe run it once….maybe 3 times before its not even worth it.

I would much rather the dungeons gettin boring to me , and stop running them before you make me stop running them beacuse the rewards are ….BAD (hats) anyway i used the dungeons as a way to get away from events and hearts , but now when i get that feeling i just log out lol

i understand this game just came out , and endgame is very small …hoping it will get bigger but what endgame you had… is gone , not sorry but i thought you add endgame and not remove it
