I’ve been getting a similar issue.
I’ve transmuted some level 55 Nightmare armour, to look like the sylvari tier 1 heavy armour. Any dye changes I make to the coat, leggings, shoulder pads, and boots doesn’t remain.
And when I remove it, the game crashes.

The scepters abilities are:
1. smack opponent
2. shoot firework
3. throw gift wrap
4. winterfury (which is like a cone of blizzard)

I’m not entirely sure of the brawl effects.
Personally, I’d rank it below the mad kings scepter, and the witch’s broom

I do.. I found gift stopper very temperamental. I’m pretty sure I’ve downed twice as many as I needed to get it.

And, I’m finally sure you just need to down the gift carrier, cause I got it on a down. Maybe it only counts if you got the last hit in? I’m not sure, but I know your pain.

Yea, I’m in this boat too. Looking forward to the fix. I have faith :]
