got a chest from chantry but still no world completion double checked all zones i will triple check to be sure that i didnt miss anythinh
just noticed it says im missing a waypoint not exactaly sure where it is will try and find it!
edit #3 found it its in black citadel will update after this to confirm if that gave me 100%
edit#4 the WP in the citadel was it i must have just zoned our and completely missed it or it was added at a later date before i came back thanks for the posts guys!
just recently completed the new renown hearts they added + vistas etc i have every map at 100% explored every place i can yet I’m stuck at 99% when i log i am in the character select screen it says my character has 100% map completion is this a known bug or have i encountered something new? sorry if i don’t respond asap as I’m headed to bed now but this is bothering me a little figured id post before i hit the hay and wake up and figure out what i did wrong ( more then likely )
You can get map completion without finding every area. There are some areas that don’t have any waypoints/points of interest/etc., so you won’t have your Explorer achievements done even though you’re considered to have 100% mapped the given zones.
For your Orr locations, you likely missed the Sea of Elon in the southeast of Straits of Devastation, and Artesian Waters in Cursed Shore accessed by following the path you’d take in the Source of Orr story path, going underwater from near the Temple of Melandru and east/northeast.
For Shiverpeaks and Maguuma, there are many more locations that could be the missing spots, but browsing the Wiki and comparing its maps to your own should help point you in the right direction.

They added 3 hearts some months back, 1 in Caledon and 2 in the Plains of Ashford. Other than that they’ve added some points of interest. One that I can remember is in Divinities Reach and another in Lornar’s Pass, possibly 2 in Lornar’s (Scarlet’s lair).
Your best bet is to set your pointer on Hide Events and Personal Story (in options, it’s a drop down menu choice), waypoint to each map that shows you need something and let your pointer show you the direction.

i know i 100% completed the PVE map exploration i recently came back after about a year due to a friend buying the game and wanting me to play it with her.
I noticed i came back and have all 3 orr maps 100% completed yet it says 58/60 im wondering if something has been added that isnt showing up for me.
same with shiverpeak at 174/175 and maguuma at 164/167
if anyone knows some possible places that might have been added lemme know thanks!
Buying something unlocks it o your wardrobe permentaly as long as the characterless the gear requirements. And your answer to your Mad king Set is yea.
You gain 1 set of ready-to-use skins (i.e they can be applied to a piece of armor without requiring a Transmutation Charge) and the Skin is added to your wardrobe to use on any character of the appropriate armor rating, however applying the skins from the wardrobe will cost you Transmutation charges as with any other skin attained in-game.
Armor Restrictions still apply, you can’t use the Strider Skins on a Heavy Armor profession, for example. Exceptions are unrated skins, which are unlocked for all armor classes once purchased. These include mostly headwear such as glasses or eyepatches.
so what if an armor requires no skin aka the mad kings set? will it be able to apply to cloth / leather / metal ?
currently i play on kaening but i guess that doesnt matter unless we do wvw ( which… i wont do ! ) i dont play a whole lot but its kind of depressing to get on and have nobody to do anything with i dont really mind doing anything aside from pvp since i dont enjoy it at all we can do jps map completion dungeons FoTM whatever really if your interested just send me a friend req and ill accept it next time im on.
I’ve done quite a few but I still have quite a few left I’m wondering if anyone is willing to help me get to them and complete them. I don’t have a ton of the map complete i think my highest character is 50% ill begin my list of ones i need to complete now. (also I know i could look up guides but that’s not as fun as actually doing them with someone , also im skipping the sanctums as i hate pvp )
