On Gunnars Hold the whole map Frostgorge Sound is bugged atm. Mobs do not respawn anymore, everything you kill stays dead. It has been like this for at least a day now.
I witnessed this bug in the past some times already (always on frostgorge sound – though I am on this map more often than on others) and it has always been fixed through server reboots with the patches. As there are no pathes planned until 21th it would be nice if it could be fixed earlier though.
Imo the way the percentage of completion for an achievement in the watchlist is buggy or at least implemented very strange.
If you activate a multi tier achievement for tracking the percentage of completion that is shown is only that of the current tier not of the complete achievement.
Now this is pretty crazy as the only thing a completed tier gives you is some AP which are hardly worth it anyway (and could often be gained a lot easier by completing a current living story achievement or some cheap dailies) and are nothing compared to the rewards you can get for completing some of the multi tier things.
However the real problem (and bug) imo is that the tracking for monthlies that is done automatically as long as nothing is tracked manually does not work this way. In this tracking the percentage shown is always relative to the full tier not the currently active one.
This means that if you got a monthly tracked automatically and then activate the same achievement manually the percentage changes which is inconsistent.
I cannot really imagine this is by design and would recommend doing it as it is done for the monthly for all achievements.
Tracking tier progress is kinda pointless (in some cases as with the seasonal sentries vs dolyaks where the final goal was the same but the sub tiers different it even lead to a false sense of which one has the higher progress…) so I would advise a change to total achievement completion for all tracking (or a setting so the user can decide)
Can this be confirmed by a developer? It is neither noted in the wiki nor on dulfy, it does not make any sense to me from a programming perspective, and it seems to be super crazy for guilds where 15 players make it in the first try as they have to wait for 28 minutes or something?
Also I opened a ticket about it and it was called a bug by the gm (and i was told to post here)
On November 6th my Guild (DT) attempted their first guild rush with 3 people. Everyone of us did it 5 times, the counter allways increased and after 15 runs the NPC was not indicated at the minimap anymore, everything seemed as if it was completed.
We then entered WvW but did not get any reward or message after the 7 minutes had passed that were left on the counter.
The guild mission screen still showed it being active with 4 hours left so I assumed we would get the rewards then but this was not the case either.
Is there any known bug with the guild rushes, or do you have to stay on the map (which would be totally stupid) or any thing how this can be avoided? We are a guild with maximum 5 people so we really have a hard time doing this missions, being cheated on the merits is not super fun for us.
That being said I assume there is no way we can be awarded the missing merits retroactively after reviewing this situation?
I got the same problem. My mates still see me in the guild but I got 1/1. Might add as it was not stated so far I also do not see any influence or merit in the guild and nor do they!
I just love how some people think their own server is just sooo much fun to play against.

Actually you do not rally on many enemies that are part of an event (like dragons e.g.). You do rally from bounty targets so not every event is affected.
