Hello, Uskar The Seer here wanting to bring you updated information on the guild Nex Praeconus. We are set on the home server of Northern Shiverpeaks. We are recruiting all classes and races. You must be above the age of 18. Here is the guild charter to give you an idea of the ideas set forth at the creation of the guild.
Nex-Praeconus is guided by an Officers Council which is made up of the guild leader and the officers. Together the council designs and implements systems and procedures, reviews applications, and manages daily guild operations. In the event that a decision cannot be agreed upon by the council, the guild leader will make the final decision.
Drama-free guild environment
To keep our guild environment desirable and drama-free, we’re careful when recruiting.
Membership
Nex-Praeconus members base ranges from the mid-20s to the early 40s. We are a hard-core/semi hard-core guild that focuses primarily on PvP but we also take time to enjoy the PvE content a game has to offer.
We welcome all players to our guild. We welcome couples too! Our players are located all over. We have members located throughout the United States, Canada and Australia.
Before applying, you should know what we look for in our applicants:
• Members are expected to exhibit professional conduct. Do not sully the guild’s image.
• Maturity please. We cannot stress this enough. This is NOT a jr. high/high school guild.
• A sense of humor and a sense of loyalty.
• The ability to think quickly and react accordingly depending on the situation.
• You can communicate clearly and quickly.
• Capacity for listening and following directions.
• We are not in this for loot, but rather friendship and enjoyment. Loot will be distributed to guild members on a need basis as a priority. Loot kittens need not apply.
All members are required to use Mumble, with a microphone. Members must have the capability to listen, speak and be understood by other members. Know when to speak, and know when to be quiet. Do not disrupt guild functions with chatter.
If you are online during a guild function it is expected that you will participate. Consistently passing up on guild events is frowned upon.
Donations to the guild bank are welcome, and the guild treasury is always available and used by members in need.
Discipline
Leadership can take action to discipline, demote or remove any member who conducts himself in an improper way. Examples of improper conduct may be, but are not limited to, slandering the guild publicly, inciting internal strife within the guild, insubordination, membership in more than one guild or tarnishing the guild’s image/name.
In cases of gross betrayal or serious harm to the guild, the Officers Council may opt to call a closed meeting to discuss the issue. If it is found that there is sufficient evidence to warrant removal, the council may, for the good of the guild, remove the member(s) immediately, bypassing the normal complaint process. This is an extreme measure and is only to be used in the most dire of circumstances.
Removal – Involuntary
Any member that is removed from the guild via a disciplinary action may be forever barred from returning to the guild. Such persons will not have site, forum, or voice communication access, and will not be allowed to participate in official guild activities.

I am having the oddest thing happen to my game, the terrain is able to be seen through. It happens on all maps, however mostly occurs when i’m in caves or tunnels. There it happens to the extent where I’m not able to see where I’m going within a cave. I have more pictures of it happening, besides the one attached.
