We went to the not getting our emails threat and nothing worked and she still has not received the email. she will be the owner of the account so she just opened up a ticket and she received an email from the support team. Her problem is she never received an email from noreply@guildwars2.com to verify her account to login the website.
I just got 2 copies of the game online one for myself and another for a friend. The first account set up fine and got game downloading. I set up the second account got email set and got display name and got the screen that everything was accepted and to log into guild wars to download game. well when I tried to log into the website to down load the game it said that the email and password was not valid and then my friend went to check her email and she never received a conformation email that contained her email or the display name to log into the website to download the game. How can I go about getting her account set up so she can play?
