I was unbanned today and everything still there ! Anyone just like me patient and they will reply. 4 days waiting

I received the same message. After summit a thread about my incident GaileGray said the chance they mistake very slim(!?) and feel free to refresh the ticket. I afk couple time to eat, go to buy something or answer my clients. I play a 2H guardian and it don’t have any special skill i can auto and spam to farm something while afk. I open a new ticket, update everything i found everyday and hope they will lift this stupid ban.

I was offline 2 days to deal with my business, when i came back and log in my account was banned. In wiki they said a lot of account was hacked and use bot to spam gold selling or whatever. They says ‘’open a ticket so we can give back to the rightful owner" but this time they says “The account will no longer be accessible and will not be reactivated”
Just wow, they think i’m a real gold seller with only 3 gold in bag and no connection with random selling gold organization.

I have just received mail from GM Kaine about my account incident #120908-002631. He/She said that i used unauthorized third-party application and the account will no longer be accessible and will not be reactivated. I’m so sad and really want to cry out loud.
I’m only use Team Speak 3 to communicate with my friends. Is this count as a ‘’unauthorized third-party application’’ ? In the mail He/She did not name the “unauthorized third-party application” they accused me. Is this a one-side argument ? They say i’m guilty because i do something which i’m not even do violate their rule and boom ban never lift
What do i do now ? I don’t want give up everything easily like this. My friends, my guildmate are waiting me come back and i spent a lot of time to reach current stage. Please somebody give me advice how to deal this case

My first ticket #120908-002631 was tagged Violation Appeal so i write a new one #120911-001809 about permantly banned incident. The status of new ticket says ‘’Waiting…". Is it sumitting to Support center ?
Please help me lift the ban as soon as possible, i’m not do anything violate the rule

I didn’t play 2 days to deal with my business. In my free time, i write a ticket about daily September month achievement didn’t reset [Incident: 120907-004858] and hope it was fixed when i’m come home.
When i’m come home and log in, the launcher said i was Permanently banned for hacking ! I write another ticket about this [Incident: 120908-002631]. Today it change the message ‘’ Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated for modifying or tampering with the game !?". Please don’t tell me my account have been deleted, i spent so much time to reach the current stage. I never use cheat, bug exploit or third-party illegal programs so please analyze my case carefuly and bring back the truth for me.
