I do have the gear but I dont have a mesmer.I should level one and give it a try.
Also, the power difference should result in only ~10%-15% direct damage loss.

Also there is a reason why I am using celestial everything..
My phantasms should have ~70% crit if my calculations are right and much higher crit damage than your average mesmer build.(Unless its glass cannon)

Here is a little build I came up with and I wonder how well its going to work.
Its going to be mainly used for WvW roaming with small parties or solo for fun.

Gear:

-Armor:
Full celestial socked with divinity runes

-Trinkets:
Again full celestial

-Weapons:
Celestial Scepter + Celestial Pistol
swap – celestial greatsword or celestial staff (I think it is gonna end up being staff)
I am not really sure about sigils

Explanation:
The point of this build is to deal high damage with conditions and direct damage while being hard to kill due to its permanent regeneration, high health and toughness and constant protection.
The reason I am using full celestial gear for this build is because I will fully benefit from every stats it has to its maximum (including healing)
The reason I chose scepter + pistol is due to the fact that scepter has really good condition damage + high base damage on the third skill while applying confusion which scales with condition damage, while pistol has duelist phantasm which does nice direct damage and it will apply a lot of conditions due to sharper images.
For swap weapon I think I am going to stick with staff, because of all the utility it offers.
About the traits as you can see I get permanent regeneration, a nice 9% damage reduction from illusionary defense, and constant protection due to staff and illusionary membrane which is going to make me very hard to kill combined with all that healing power and toughness from celestial and traits.
I can apply a lot of conditions due to sharper images+duelist and illusionary retribution + the condition damage I get from celestial gear, signet of domination and the scepter trait I will end up hitting really hard with conditions.I have 30% direct damage increase to phantasms from traits and that being combined with the stats from celestial gear is gonna make them hit very hard.I also have a nice amount of disables.Null field and arcane thievery should give me a nice protection against conditions.The only thing this build lacks is stability, however its possible to steal it from other players with arcane thievery.

Do you guys think its gonna work?

Not to mention staff is way too boring for me, in fact who uses staff?

You overdid it with your permanent nerfing while buffing everything else.

Well I am an d/d ele and on paper this gear is supposed to be the best for my class, however it seems that its not the case.I do much better with a mix of berserk and knight gear.It just makes me feel bad for spending so much on a gear that I cant even use.

After ~2 months spent collecting celestial stat gear (including ascended amulets, rings and etc) I realized it wasn’t that useful.Also the loss of magic find and the gear being unchanged made me really frustrated.Now normal exotic gear that does not require 40 days to get is much better than celestial.Here is thread that explains it http://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/1bxscy/celestial_gear_a_comparison/
Please buff all celestial stat combo gear to the equivalent off the magic find loss.

A few patches ago I could get around 80-90 average fps on medium settings(1440×900). Now I get about ~40 average fps and it drops to 10-20 in indoor areas(especially caves)
on low settings(1280×800).
