This is a problem on my pc as well and the only correlation i can draw is the upgrade to windows 10

I have never truly felt like a hero in the living story, that is until now. This updates quality is through the roof. slow claps

The Mystic forge kit says Account bound however when i try to put it in the bank to transfer it it wont allow it. Please Help
