I think i speak for many, when i say that we currently are very confused about the whole Anti-Botting code, Loot-cap, Dimishing Returns on loot.

I can actually hit this code fairly often when i play and have fun, and i can guess myself to why you have it, but i would really like to hear a clear statement about it.

Would be lovely to tell us a little about it, especially what you think about normal players keep hitting the "cap" and get frustrated about it?

Its called The Artesian Waters and you will first get in there as a part of the story at level 80, in the mission called The Source of Orr
