Thank you for resolving this ticket today [121128-000047 The charge authorization failed or did not pass risk reviews. You were not charged].

I need some follow-up here to continue playing.

My account state still suspended. I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition on Black Friday Sales last week. What will happen if i replace the serial key to a new one? Will I be able to login or still need to wait until staff release my account?

And if i buy the standard edition, can I still apply the new code to my DDE account? (cause i bought the last one w/ price of standard edition?

Still can’t login forum.

Just posted my 3 days old ticket. Hope there’s response, though i don’t get my hopes up.

The review ticket thread (3 days or older) is like they’re saying “if your ticket is low priority, please wait at least 3 days, the team very busy handling more urgent ticket”.

I think Arenanet need to increase it’s manpower for customer services.

I’m borrowing my friend ID to post this, i don’t know why GW2 Team suspend both game and forum account if there’s a thread that allow you to escalate ticket after 3 days for suspended/terminated/blocked ID. It’s very annoying. I also saw some people who also need to borrow friends account to get his/her ticket through.

I don’t know if this only happen to some people out there, but asking my friend everytime i need to post or update ticket is just strange enough (i never find something like this since playing MMO).

Lastly, maybe GW2 Team want us communicating our problem through support section only. But now i feel that support section only for tracking ticket status and all stuff was brought to the forum.

Ticket 3+ days old, and my friend didn’t get any update, even the reason he’s been suspended is unknown. Can you at least inform player why their account got suspended?
