Why they can’t just reset bugged skin for us – remove from wardrobe? I can buy it again if it will help.

I have same problem with TA collection. I wrote ticket last month but so far. They didn’t fix the bug. Seen on the screenshots. Even bought the item twice to be sure which of course didn’t help.

A few day ago I bought last item to collection Twilight Arbor.: Nightmare Court Leggings

Nightmare Court Leggings added to the wardrobe and I have it in inventory. But item not added to Twiligh Arbor Collection (still 36/37 ). Look at my screen, pls.

Please help solve my problem. I know I’m not alone with this issue. My guild mate has same problem with other item.
