I agree, Rifle seems like a very boring choice and is asking for QQ from everywhere. If you want to sit at max range and pew pew role Ranger. Off-hand sword, main-hand or off-hand Axe could be fun as with off-hand sword. I’d still love to see GS though haha <3

Take a look at some of the builds and customise them to your liking

Get a base stat increase to go on top of the stacks, for example force for raw dmg

not to really change any core aspects of your build I believe I can make a couple revisions. I suggest putting 20 into power instead of precision as you can get slashing power and (that vitality trait I cant remember what its called) this gives you much needed power you seem to be lacking but puts your crit chance a little bit low. You can counteract this by getting maintenance oils and if you still feel like you need more crit chance put some assassins weapons on instead (though with a very high uptime of fury you probably wont need it)
As you left food blank I would suggest getting bowls of poultry and leek soup as it reduces your condition durations applied greatly. This also nullifies chills, cripples and imobs to almost zero. With this you can choose to remove mobile strikes if you wish and grab destruction of the empowered for a huge increase in damage.
as for your 10 in tactics you can very well leave it however you can also place 5 or 10 into defense to gain the recently buffed minor trait (more power) and last stand for more stability!
Down to the sigils. I suggest getting sigil of force on your greatsword and replacing the bloodlust onto the shield as internal cooldowns for on crit and on swap are shared. this means when you weapon swap you cannot benefit from the on crit torment and vice versa.
or if you want you can place a sigil of bloodlust on a second shield and stack with that on mobs, then swap to a shield with sigil of force and gain an extra 5% damage as well as 250 power

I have considered moving the 20 from defence into strength for the power and great sword damage trait however cleansing ire and adrenal health seem to valuable for survival.

The build works fairly well, however I’m sure it can be optimised more. If you can help me to improve the build I’d be very grateful.

I was exited, but it really let me down too. Especially the Unsteady Ground change, its practically the same as Line Of Warding except it doesn’t last as long. I was also exited about the healing change, but really it wasn’t that great.

Mmm the sceptre may as well be removed in my opinion because confusion was already mostly useless, and now they nerf it even further? it would good if Anet gave us Axe or MH Pistol instead…

I think there should be mounts in GW2, definately horses and ground mounts that are cosmetics only or maybe have a 5% speed buff or something . I’m not sure about flying mounts as the areas are not designed for that sor of thing. But things like horses should be in the game.

Just to add I’m not on that much and my friends even less than me so you will practically own the guild!

Relentless Legion is looking for a Leader! We need a leader that will recruit members and tern the Guild into an active guild that does events. For example Guild WvWvW parties and Guild Dungeoning. If there are a few good applicants I may choose up to 3 leaders. But you need to have some sort of experience of an active Guild (could be on another game). My friends and I will be of equal rank to the leaders promoted.

I will test your trustworthiness by making you a Scout Recruiter where you will not be able to demote or promote others. Once you have scouted a certain number of people (who must represent) and they have successfully been invited and joined you can be a full leader and of equal rank to me and my friends.
