Small little update to this, apparently I’m banned but my character is still logged in and standing in the place where I got banned. Gonna try to get my friend to send a screen shot, not sure how it will help, but that’s really weird.

I sent in a ticket asking, so hopefully they respond to me soon. I posted here looking for feedback and I guess im not the only one, hopefully they undo it for all of us.

The only email I got when I was banned was the confirmation email for my gem purchase that I made like an hour or two ago.

So as the Title states, I was running through Ashford Plains and I got some error message that popped up saying I had been blocked from the game. I try to re-log and I am greeted with the message I’ve attached to this thread.

I have never hacked, spammed, or botted in the game, so I don’t understand why I have been banned. Also to put toppings on the cake I just bought gems aswell earlier this evening.
