My roommates account was hacked on 9/8/12 and a ticket was submitted. The automated response did not address the hacking, thus we replied to clarify the issue. It has been 5 days and we have not had a response. The email and the password were changed on the account.

My roommate had her account hacked on Saturday. She submitted a ticket and got an automated response as if she had asked about trouble with changing her password. She replied, trying to clarify the issue. No response for 5 days, and then today she finds that the open ticket was closed by the hacker and her support account info has changed. So she can no longer submit support tickets.
What is the next course of action? How do we contact support if we can’t submit tickets? Is there a phone number?
