I have a ticket from the 27th, so over a week and a half old now that contains all the required information, and hasn’t had a single response. 120827-011410

Kinda at the end of my rope here as with no other contact options i’m not sure what to do other than contest the credit card charges since no one seems to respond to their email support =/

I’m in the same boat. I’d really like to get it solved through Arena Net. If I dispute the charge on my credit card, how do I know that Arena Net won’t shut down any accounts linked to that credit card? The serial key is unused. I just want to be assured I won’t lose my main account if I dispute. Although I’ll probably do it today.

That’s actually the same boat i’m in, I don’t want to dispute it in case that happens, so I actually haven’t been playing because i don’t want to lose hours on a character. That being said at this point i’m starting to have doubts support is ever getting back to me. It’s gone from huge launch rush understandable delay to ridiculous at this point.

So bought GW2 August 24th, their website kept erroring out with 502’s due to getting hammered so hard, had to try a few times, checked my email after each to make sure i wasn’t getting purchase confirmation emails, nothing. finally have a successful transaction go through and get a key register it etc. Then an hour later i get two confirmation emails, with two keys and sure enough iw as charged twice, once for one of the many attempts that failed with a 502 error and told me to try again. Anyway I opened a ticket immediately and still haven’t heard anything back. Anything else I should be trying before i move on to opening a dispute with my credit card company?
