They cant simply remove the DR system now. They took the tokens out of chests so the whole dungeon reward is now tied into that. Putting tokens back into the chests and making things the way they were is far too difficult at this point.
People need to just have some patience. I understand the majority of the complainers have no idea what code is or how insane it can be to get everything working properly but dang just have some patience and respect for a gaming company you love. They will fix the issues and then everyone will be happy.
60 tokens for the first run is SO much better than having to run 3 times. Stop the complaints about DR it is a buff to running dungeons, just let them fix the problems I assure you they are working VERY diligently to resolve our issues.

Seriously, everyone needs to stop crying about the night capping like its some unfair, looked down upon tactic.
I was in HOD WvW last night at 4 am PST and we couldnt take ascension bay from TBI because they had more guys than us. We were forced to defend what we had and wait until the next shift arrived to expand.
Its not like HOD is running around freely taking everything in the night. Nothing is going undefended.
The reason there are less posts about this is because people are finding their balls again and realizing that complaining about this is completely idiotic.
So did you all honestly just expect HOD to get wrecked over the weekend and then say, “Screw it just let them win were fine with 3rd.” No, hell no. HOD comes back with a fking VENGANCE! and takes all our kitten back with the fury that was created by TBI and ET.
You thought you had your own areas but it all really belongs to HOD

The fact is people are crying because they are losing and blaming HOD for playing the game AS IT IS MEANT TO BE PLAYED! 24/7 means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week not just when you are online and able to play.
Deal with it, stop the tears, shut your mouths, and then figure out how to do it yourselves.

Yes exactly, the part about organizing several large guilds under one alliance takes no skill. That’s why everyone is doing it right?
Its not like we are sitting there with our thumbs up our puppies waiting in que. Log on, que up, go PVE or dungeon farm or WHATEVER you want to do.
Eventually it will be your turn, not that big of a deal for us lol.
$50 says the standings would be very very different if ALL servers fielded relatively equal numbers at all times of the day.
If the above could be true things would be very different, then it would come down to what guilds were skilled, what were not, who was organized etc… This is the goal A.Net needs to work towards, no matter what and no matter what has to be done to reach it. Until such a time that this goal is reached, which server has the better population at all times of the day will be the winning server in any given match up.
Now if we had match ups between servers with similar or same pops at all times of the day then this could be disregarded, however we currently do not have this.
Absolutely agree, once again, no one is saying late night caps do not lead to our success.

You think organizing guilds to have 24/7 coverage is not skill based? If it takes no skill then why dont you guys do it???
Stop complaining about how you don’t have anyone on at night and organize some guilds together like the Titan Alliance has done. Then perhaps you can get some crews fighting at night and dont have to waste so much time and energy crying like babies.

When Military special forces go in behind enemy lines at night to do secret missions. Do you think the enemy wakes up the next day with all their stuff gone and say, " Hey we were all asleep that’s not fair!" “Your only allowed to fight when we are awake too!” Puppies NO! they don’t say that! and if they did the attacking force would laugh in their face like HOD is doing now.

It’s not war, it’s a game. If your favorite NFL team was only allowed to field players for the first half and the second half the other team could score unopposed, would you think that was good tactics? Or just a lame game?
If HoD was winning because of superior tacticts that would be one thing. But their wins are mainly because of a population imbalance. That is lame and you know it.
Except no one, no where is saying you cant come fight at night.
If in the NFL they were allowed to play at night but the other team didn’t have enough players/ didn’t want to play at night but the other team could still play. That would be the rules, the other team would cry like babies saying they dont have enough guys. They would get enough guys and then fight like no tomorrow instead of just complaining that the game isnt fair.

Face it. HoD will always be considers a scrub zerg server untill this is fixed. That might not be fair but that is what people think of you.

A 24/7 battle where only one server has full occupancy at all hours and the rest are ghost towns at off hours.
Obviously the system is broken. You don’t want to admit it, but if it isn’t fixed then we will all lose and GW2 will be just another forgotten and failed PvP mmo in the dustbin of shame.
You can leave if you want, the stronger players and servers will get organized and learn to deal with the way the game is meant to be played. Instead of just giving up because it is “unfair”

It’s not war and there’s no such thing as getting organized and “dealing with it” when it’s a population issue. When there’s a super awesome enemy commander that always seems to zerg you, but both servers have max players, then that is something you can deal with.
Other PVP games (darkfall, shadowbane, …) made the same mistake of ignoring the effects of time zones, and they learned from their mistakes and implemented systems to deal with it. When will GW2?

Go craft a legendary and then come back complaining in 3/4 months when you are bored again. Then Ill tell you to craft another legendary.
