Ticket 583884: 9 days ago they said they were going to flag my ticket to speed up response and still no word since then.

Ticket 572074: Refund request they said was processed 5 days ago and I should have already received my gems. However, I did not receive any gems back, and they have not responded to me since then.

The new changes with Megaserver makes it difficult for large guilds to do any content together. It is now much harder to get large guilds into the same map for world events and guild missions. Today, everytime we did a guild mission, our guild would be put into several different maps, whereas we would easily get into the same map before.

Please revert the changes or fix them.

I too have had this bug since launch, and I have always been on the same server. If they do not have a fix yet, they should just disable all bonuses till they do. It’s extremely unfair to all of us affected by this problem.

In other games, people pay a premium price to have such a premium gaming experience over others. However, we all paid for the same game, yet we aren’t getting the same gaming experience.
