Guild Wars 2

Been irking me for a bit but I don’t see it in the known issues sticky so thought I’d report it.

Problem:
Trading post can’t be bought back into focus- the game interprets all keystrokes instead of the search box/etc in the trading post window.

Reproduction steps:
1. Open trading post window.
2. Click on background/game view
3. Press H to open hero panel (although other windows also seem to cause the problem)
4. Click on trading post window.
The trading post will now not accept any input from the keyboard (mouse works as expected), although the cursor is indicating that it is accepting input

Workarounds:
Change to a different tab and back again, or close and reopen the trading post window.

MacBook Pro 15" Mid 2012,
2.3GHz i7
16GB RAM
GeForce GT 650M 512MB
OSX10.8.4

I have the same issue. I tried all the windows keyboard shortcuts I could think of as well as the mac ones, but nothing ;_; Anyone found a workaround?

Sorry to skip the rest of your post, but, as has been pointed out by others, this bit is just plain wrong. I’m sure there are other examples too, but power/toughness/vit is not craftable. Karma/dungeon grind only ;_; Oh, and tbh, I hate the look of the set with it on too, so I’ll have to get another set for transmute >.>;

I like Yawg’s idea. The thing that bothers me is that to get gear I want, I have to run a specific dungeon, which might not be the one that the rest of my guild wants to do. If there was some part shared between them all, then there would be a reason for guildies to do mine, and me to do guildies’ too. 1/3 + 2/3 means we can rotate 3 different dungeons, for example. Makes it much less grindy and repetitive and lets us play more with our mates. Everyone wins?

Skill is nothing to do with it :s

I’m using the Microsoft IME, so the problem doesn’t seem specific to the Google one.

Just for the record, I get the same issue with Japanese on Windows 7 (idk what OS the rest of you are using?)

It happens even if I don’t type Japanese letters. If I just change input method and send any (even English) text the game just crashes :/
