I’ve restarted the quest three times as well as restarting my client and the problem is still occurring.
Like the Bloodtide Coast cannon skillpoint, it seems the trebuchets on Claw Island during The Battle of Claw Island quest of the personal stories are bugged. You can get into and aim them, but they won’t fire past the wall. I don’t think there’s any other way to finish the quest either.
