So regret buying it, not please with this gemstore product. Had it for two days and all those stopping, press F, then press R to run again got to me, switched back to normal Orichalcum logging axe tho, hopefully they will fix it or have the customer satisfaction option letting us return the item and get our gems back.

Not sure if it’s a game bug or not, just want to check on here if anyone having the same problem. I had a chop-it-all logging axe, when my character on auto-run and pressed F on the sapling, it would stop and chopped all 3 times, gathered all 3 logs, and then on auto-run again to the next. I bought a new frost wasp logging tool today, it chopped only once with 1 log and my character ran off, in order to get all 3 chops, my character had to stop, stand still, close to the sapling, then R for the auto-run to the next.

Probably cuz i’m a picky person, for now i’m not really satisfy with the frost wasp logging tool i have purchased. Is there a way to return the stuff and get my refund? Because i didn’t have a chance to try it out unless i bought it from gemstore and equipped it. Just looking for some suggestions/advices, don’t want to catch any fires on here. Thanks.
