It’s not just you. That’s been happening to me lately too. Just since this last big update I believe. And for me it lasts longer than 20 seconds. I teleported into Queensdale for SB. I got there before the swamp activated and by the time I could move, the portals outside the swamp were already taken out, the first three portals inside the swamp were down and the SB was already up. After that I teleported to catch Maw and I got there as the Professor guy was finishing his quest. By the time I could move, Maw was over and I was one waypoint over as well. When that happens I can’t even see myself, aside from my shield for whatever reason. My camera can move and I can see the names of people near me but not their characters. That part I blame on my computer. After around 20 seconds or so, it kinda seems like I can move but it’s just in a limited area. I can’t go very far from the waypoint and I always ‘jump’ back to the waypoint landing area before too long. It seems like while I’m not moving on my screen, I am moving in the game because I can see my life going down even if it looks like I’m still at the waypoint and there are no enemies near me. I can still set turrets and use skills. By the time I can see my character and see where I am and where I’m going, I’m long gone from the waypoint and have no idea where I’ve ended up.
