Is anyone else having extreme lag issues after this last patch(es)?

The game is now almost unplayable for me. When I am able to stay logged on for more than five minutes, everything is delayed and the fps is so bad that everything is ‘jerky.’

Before anyone asks, I have changed nothing on my settings (everything is set to low) and there are no other programs running in the background. The problem did not start until the latest patch update.

The last straw was tonight when I was fighting Tequatl the Sunless. It was a complete and total mess. My character attacks would not respond, my character would stand in a clear area and suddenly die for no reason (that I could see, and I have learned to be very aware of what is on the ground during that fight), the waves would go right through me without knocking me back or dishing out damage (not complaining about that one, but it’s still not supposed to do that), my character would also disappear and reappear in completely different locations, and then she would get stuck on an invisible wall. All of this happened while I maintained a solid cripple debuff (which surely that can’t be a new feature… at least not for as long as I kept it).

Am I the only one suffering from this? I would sure appreciate some advice from anyone who has some to offer.
