If the exit portal is too far away it won’t work
Yes please i noticed this too and reported the bug 3 days ago, still after a lot of patch nothing changed. Thank you.

I just say one thing. The new WP system in dungeons is Orrible!! If someone die it’s over! Cmon Anet do a step back
