It pretty much depends on your profession, build, and play style. I play a thief main at this time and like to use (Bowl of Orrian Truffle and Meat Stew).
Nourishment (30 m): 100% chance to gain might when you dodge. +40% to your Endurance refill rate. +10 Experience from kills. Stacking might whenever I dodge provides good synergy with my points in the acrobatics traits.

I leveled with a dd/sb condition build, all carrion gear. You can kite with the sb and round up mobs, once you have 4 or 5 mobs, switch to dd and spam death blossom. After 5 death blossoms, your mobs will have up to 15 stacks of bleeds on them. That should just about do it.

Maybe I’ve been extremely unlucky with the RNG as well but I have never gotten an exotic from WvW, and I do a lot of it. As it stands currently, I don’t do WvW for the drops other than badges of course; I do it for the fun of it… and for the karma.
