What kind of issue are you specifically having that could be related to lag?
Skill lag, rubber-banding, etc.

i am experiencing skill lags in general, and in heavy fights charachters around , sometimes, “teleport” around

my server is Seafarer Rest

Has there ever been a time when you or a friend are experiencing lag, while others
in your party are not?

usually not, only on rare occasions.

Has there ever been a time where one party in a map is experiencing lag, while other parties in that same map are not?

rarely – usually if i lag, all are lagging

Do you experience the lag at very specific times?
For example, when 1 zerg is facing another zerg.
If so, can you estimate how many players are in each zerg?

when we are like more than 60 players( enemy and us all together) lags seems to start appear. not only in same place tho.
say there is a fight in garrison, and we passing near it… we experience lag , usually skill lags. aka heal skills, utility skills, leaps etc…
in prime time it is usually all the times when map is full it is on a daily basis and really hurts game experience.
