Guild Wars 2

I have finished the personal story on my main character, however on my second character, every time I hit the level requirements for the next chapter, it opens and everything is checked off. I can’t play it. I get no map markers or mail or anything.

I am looking for a player, he’s a friend of mine and I wanna start my game in the same world as him. His character in GW1 was Crush Death, probably the same in 2. Thank you!
