Missing 100% completion star bug

hello
i finish the 100% completion map a long time ago !!! i got my tittle and my star beside my name, but now i don’t have the star. there it’s a bug or something what can i do to get my star back

btw don’t know if got something to do but i finish the map as well on my warrior and i do have the star…
thx in advance
