The first stats of the rune is wrong, the correct should be (1) + 2% Critical Damage (blue), and yes, it changes when I equip/unequip the item.

Hi, I bought some items at Black Lion, and these items have rare runes, each one should have four (4) kind of stats, but when I put these items, only one of them is working (displayed at blue), the other ones are gray, like it is inative. Do you have any idea how to fix it?

Here is one of the items: Strong Pirate Hat of Rage
Defense: 50
+22 Power
+15 Precision

Major Rune of Rage (1/4)
(1) +15 Power (blue)
(2) +15% Fury Duration (gray)
(3) +3% Critical Damage (gray)
(4) +3% Chance to gain fury (gray)

I checked, the only stats changed when I remove it, it’s the +15 power, the rest remains
unchanged.
