Problems with e-mail change.

Someone successfully reset my GW2 account password and I had to recover my account.
I created a support ticket explaining the situation and requested an e-mail change, but all support did was unlink authenticator, remove authorised IP ranges and reset password.

I don’t want to reply to the support e-mail because it’s possible that 3-rd party has access to my e-mail account.
If I reply to support from different e-mail it will look suspicious.
And I’m not sure the support agent will understand the problem anyway if he/she already misunderstood it once.

What should I do now to get my e-mail changed? What magic words do I have to use in support ticket to trigger the right action by agent?

Thank you for taking off PvP Profane armor from my character and making me use charges to get the skin re-applied to character that ALREADY HAD THAT ARMOR ON.

Also thank you for giving me 1 charge for 3 (read: three) Transmutation Stones.

While you’re at it, make Hall of Monuments skins require charges. Go the whole nine yards, why not. /sarcasm
