I have 508000/508000 exp in hot map but when i go out i have 0% exp. Cant learn gliding, crashes when finish a event etc. Too much bugs help pls, i need gliding for the Lunar event achievements :/

Exact problem here – 508000/508000 in hot map, can’t learn gliding, the game freezes after completing an event… this is so bad for a returning player who just bought HoT and expected to play for hours…

It’s even more disappointing that they claimed to have a fix for it but nothing has been done I’ve been waiting 2 days to explore Maguuma.

Hey all, we’ve identified a fix for the Masteries reporting 0 or 4 billion issue and should have a fix out for that in an upcoming build.

Unfortunately I don’t know if this is related to the freezing/crashing issue or not.

Thank you all for the character names, it really helped to identify the issue!

Not sure if the build that was just released is the hotfix, but I just tried and the issue has not been fixed.

I posted on another thread: Issue Reports: Heart of Thorns [Merged] p.69 with screenshot. Lots of other people posting there too with same problem, windows 7 here, bought HoT yesterday after the patch on a second account which I have had for a year. My first account which already had HoT runs fine (I am using the same client).

Seems to be people who bought HoT recently.

Character name on second account which has these problems (freezes and unable to get basic gliding is: Rose Sorbet

I preordered HoT a long time ago, but only recently came back to the game and I still have the problem. No matter which level 80 i try to get it on.

After getting enough experience to unlock the Basic Glider Mastery, the text underneath the mastery reads “Need 0 more Master Points to master this ability.” I’ve tried to unlock it on multiple characters and nothing fixes it.

I couldn’t find anyone to answer this clearly for me, but I just started doing AC to level up, and I need to know if using illusions on Spider Queen can cause the AoE and wipe the group.
