I didn’t make a ticket because guild members told me my problem is an individual problem and I wouldn’t get a response.
Also, it’s not my bank xD
I used two different ones. Same response; I have also used those two cards before with no problem >.<
I have been having this problem for a week. Every time I try to buy gems after I click continue a message pops up saying payment approval failed. Below it, the message says check my information or contact support, which does not help. Is there ANY way to fix this annoying problem?
