Man, the tool is on Beta. This is the kind of stuff that it’s suppose to be fixed once it gets full version.

As has happened dozens of times, the instance owner went AFK after the 3rd fotm boss, after going through underwater, cliffside, and dredge, 2 hours in. He eventually came back and I assume left, which kicked us all out. All that time, completely wasted. Remove “instance owners” from the game, it should never have been in the game and has been a source for headaches, trolling, leaching, and general kittenery since launch. Fix it. I’m sick of wasting my time due to a terrible implementation that frees kittens to waste everyone’s time or be immune to the party kick system.

I’ll take a refund for my Human T3 cultural armor, and my Transmutation Crystals Anet, go ahead and send me the refund in the mail and you can take the skins off my armor. That, or kittening remove and refund the RWT armor skins from this patch. Nearly 4k hours in, ranked in the top 100 on NA AP, and this has me so kitten ed that one of your most loyal customers is considering quitting. This is ridiculous. As Cartman would say, how about a little courtesy lick the next time you decide to kitten me?

As the title says, the daily meta achievement “Key Maker” does not give credit when you make an Aether Key. I, as well as 4 other guildies made a few, none got credit.

This thief has been trolling for over an hour and a half, teleporting endlessly, and when anyone gets close, he uses the Bouquet of Roses bundle to take away their skills, becoming completely invincible, as he teleports away and laughs.

Yes, it’s because of the patch. You’re on different versions of the game since they haven’t patched, so you can’t join their instance. It may be frustrating, but it’s to avoid exploits.

Oh, and another thing, I’ve died literally dozens of times due to dodges bugging vs Liadri. My character will execute the dodge animation halfway, then suddenly reverse the movement and I’ll end up getting killed by Shadowfall.

I realize you don’t care about fixing bugs ArenaNet, but just so you know, one (actually, multiple) of the gauntlet domes is broken, at least for getting the 8-orb Liadri achievement. After using the first clockwise dome for a while, someone said that one is bugged and one of the AOEs forms too close to the edge and forces you to stand in it. So I decide to go use a different dome. After well over a total of 100 attempts, I finally got all 8 orbs off with time to spare to DPS Liadri down. I had a friend next to me helping me keep count out loud. I am positive I hit her with all 8 orbs because I was stealthed for all of 4-8. She dies, I get a chest with no achievement. I raged to my guild, only to find out there’s word that the Sylvari dome is bugged for getting the 8-orb achievement – Lo-and-behold, that was the dome I was using. So here’s a heads up to everyone else, since ArenaNet won’t care, just like they don’t care about fixing the invasion closer achievement bug.

You guys are harsh with Anet, it is certainly not the decision of one guy to decide what to do, maybe the bug is hard to find, I guess the ones claiming it is so easy to fix it have never worked on a big project.
Josh answered 2 days ago, maybe they are pondering on how to fix this. I’ve had a few to no bad experience with the service Anet offered when something went wrong.
Also, it seems obvious that they do not just employ some guy who does nothing waiting to correct potential bugs. I mean, the programmers and designers have certainly things to do.

I am not saying this to troll or whatever, it bothers me too, I’m at 12/13 and in the same situation as you guys, but be patient, I’m sure they acknowledged the problem at this time.

And… even if we didn’t get it, what would that change ? Didn’t you get the watchknight tonic ? It is only a few achievement point…. Will not give you Eternity

It’s not a “few,” it’s 20 achievement points, which is quite a lot for people that care about their total points (that makes a big difference for high-ranked people). But yes, any company whose entire business revolves entirely around code, should probably have a number of people dedicated to debugging said code.

How in the hell can you claim you can’t fix a bug because it’s in the code. No kidding, youdontsay.jpeg. This event has been open for over a week now, and this HUGE bug is still completely untouched, and you claim you won’t be able to get around to it? How is that even close to acceptable. I love this game, but out of ALL of the games I have played, the bug fixing on this game is astronomically worse. Runescape of all games had a turnaround time of minutes to days on bug fixes, yet you claim you can’t fix one bug in 2 weeks time? Seriously? I don’t want to replay every single zone 15 times hoping to get credit for possibly the one I’m missing. A chance at a chance. For kittens’ sake, at least put a kittening checklist in there. You can’t tell me a checklist is hard to code.

For the love of god, don’t turn this into another Crabtoss daily failure. I missed out on 2 or 3 of those points too because that was broken and only worked sometimes, none of which I ever got in on. Dailies are the most important part for top ranked players, because they can never be gotten back. Fix this before the daily resets, it’s already been 18 hours. I don’t want to get screwed out of yet another point because you broke content with a patch again.

Still broken. Just finished on THIS daily, with 280 something points, no achievement. How about a little acknowledgement, mods? Are you planning to fix this or just remove it, or just leave it in broken. Already got screwed out of yesterday’s.

As if being forced to play this game every single day to get all the daily achievements wasn’t bad enough, now it doesn’t even work. Crab toss is the worst thing to ever happen to the daily rotation. I was praying it would be removed with the monthly reset, and I’m hoping that has something to do with it, because I’m sick of playing it.

Since the Jan. 28th update, there has been a problem with moving my friends and I have been noticing. Randomly, your character will for a short second stop moving completely, then proceed moving again sometimes a fraction of a second later, sometimes a full second later. It’s especially noticeable when holding both mouse keys to walk (holding the right mouse button, and then clicking/holding the left mouse button to move). I’ve even noticed some of my skills bug (such as my warrior’s GS charge skill) in mid-execution. I also noticed it under water when swimming.

It won’t be every month. Halloween is a special event like Xmas in the US. I’d expect 3 or 4 events / updates like this per year

Actually, if you view the homepage, you can see they’re planning a big event release for each month. This month’s is “The Lost Shores.” May not be on the scale of the Halloween event, but they are planning monthly events.

That being said, there were 5 major recurring events annual for GW1 – Christmas, Halloween, “Canthan” New Year, Dragon Festival, and the Anniversary celebrations. Then there were many minor events – St. Patrick’s day, Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas in July, Talk Like a Pirate day.. And I’m sure they’ve only thought of more.

The game crashes, and next thing you know there’s 20 people at the Bayt Fallahin SP.. Refund all of our 5s for wasting teleports there and back pl0x? Or you know.. Fix your broken kitten?

A mod could edit someone’s post for caps locks, but not respond to the bug affecting the most players in the entire game. Pathetic.

Sure would be nice if this bug got fixed before Guild Wars 2 turns into Diablo 3. People get sick of bugs, it kills their view on the game as they get more and more frustrated, and eventually just dump it.

I love having my character sitting on the cliff next to the skill point for 4 days, staying up til 2 am hoping for a server reset so I can play the game. Best game feature EVER.
