Wow. Running in Admin fixed it. That’s silly that I didn’t try that. Thanks so much!

I cleared the cache, then changed language, and then ran as admin.

I cross posted to Tech Support because I don’t know if this is on the client or server side.

whenever I try to access the TP either by the O key or NPC, it remains blank and does not load on any page but the Pick Up Page.

I’ve tried using the Repair function and deleting local.dat.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I submitted it as a bug, but no one else seems to have this problem.

When I open the Trading Post either by hitting O or visiting an NPC, the screen is blank and only the pick-up window works.

I post this here because I tried the GW2 repair program and it didn’t work. I also tried deleting local.dat.

I just want to be sure there is nothing else I can do before leaving it to ANET to fix it.

It’s just annoying when they say they are getting them done within 72 hours.

Hello!

So I was banned 8 days ago because some dude from China used my account for something to do with RMT.

I have done everything A-Net asked, submitted and updated and prioritized my tickets.

I have not heard back at all.

Now yesterday I was released from the hospital after having a spinal procedure done, and I can’t do much of anything for the next 2 weeks.

Can someone please help? I have not received a response from anyone and it just feels like I’m being ignored.

Tickets are:
Original updated: 120831-021599
Correctly Prioritized: 120902-001379
After most recent state of the game: 120905-005822

I know I’m not supposed to have multiple tickets, but I’m not sure which is correct as this proccess has been confusing.

Please help!

Clearly, you didn’t jump through the hoops correctly.

I’ve been jumping through all hoops and im still banned for no reason from the same day as him. It’s frustrating because I didn’t do anything wrong.

My account was banned due to some people from China getting in and doing who knows what.

I would greatly appreciate if you could forward this to someone as I have been waiting for the last 7 days, and would love to be able to play now more than ever.

I have already changed my email and password and just need to be unbanned,

I have three as there has been some confusion of how to go about updating the old tickets.

Did you do the updating thing and deleting of the other tickets thing as outlined yesterday?

I closed the ones they told me to make in error. So now i just have my original and the correctly prioritized one, because I don’t know which they would prefer.

Hello!

My account has been banned since the 31st because someone in China got ahold of it and did something.

I have submitted tickets in every way told (Original: 120831-021599, and Correctly prioritized: 120902-001379) and have received no word.

I am also the very first post in the “People awaiting help” thread.

I was hoping that 7 days was enough, because I go in for surgery today and wanted to play as I recover this week.

Can someone please tell me I’m not being ignored!

What I need to know is that if I sent the prioritized ticket per your instructions on the 31st, and you claim to have everything done up to the 3rd, why am I still out of luck. Am I not being looked at? Did you not really get that far down the line? What is the explanation for why I am still waiting?

Dude — may I call you that? That is exactly what I am trying to figure out. And that’s why I appreciate people providing their ticket numbers.

This isn’t a “Go to the Head of the Class” ticket. I can’t promise that we can wave a magic wand and resolve all these issues. However, with this information, we can dig down into the reason that a ticket from August 31st has not been resolved, when one from September 3rd has been.

If you have been wait, say, more than five days, post your ticket number here, so we can look into the system and try to work out any kinks or glitches.

I’m the very first person posted here and im now on day 7. What’s the deal? I haven’t gotten any repsonse or anything. I know you guys are swamped but getting ignored is getting frustrating. I was hoping to have access so that after my surgery tomorrow i could play in recovery.

I guess at this stage there are probably THOUSANDS of Support tickets logged, My best guess is that they did not expect as many support tickets due to account compromises.

Best thing to do is to support them, i myself is just as frustrated, but kicking and screaming will not make their job easier.

I will admit though it would be nice to get an update once in a while in regards to “Progress” of the tickets, eg: “Currently handling tickets 120xxx-xxxxx” At least that way you will have some sort of idea of when you can expect assistance.

But for now, we will have to wait patiently for the ticket backlog to stabilize.

I’m just confused because they said they got to all tickets from before sept 2nd and mine, which followed the prioritize guidelines, from Aug 31st has gotten nothing.

Just makes me a sad panda

All of those who are awaiting help, please heed this message from Mike O’Brien, posted tonight:

“We have now completed prioritized requests submitted prior to Sunday, September 2. If you have an older ticket for a hacked account or blocking login issue that has not been completed, that means it’s not correctly prioritized. Submit a new ticket using the above instructions, and in the title write, “Blocking Login – Ticket submitted <date> – Ticket number xxxxxx-xxxxxx” (fill in the date and ticket number of your existing ticket), and we will prioritize your existing ticket."

This is my second time submitting another prioritize ticket. I would love to know that this actually does stuff.

Not sure which ticket to close as they all seem to be ignored.

Just looking for some info. I have been waiting 5 days since my account was banned due to someone logging in and doing something from China.

I haven’t heard back and have followed all rules, including updating my ticket as it was categorized improperly.

Just curious about how long the wait time is for Ban appeals as my account info is the same.

EDIT: Account should be obvious but updated ticket # 120904-000944

EDIT2: Just read the current game status and I assume you do not want me to update my ticket yet again. Would love to get a response from someone! Thanks!
