Guild Wars 2

So going around trying to get this done but I ran into some issues.

1: Scarlet’s Lair either the Prototype Mechanism isn’t actually there or I cant just pick it up or interact with anything but her journal notes and chests that cant be opened without the special keys from the Marionette event that I loved so much.
2: I tried to find the experimental weapons cache for the Asuran Experimental Weapon but if its tied to the task there then ill have to get on another character that hasn’t done that there yet.
3: I tried to decrypt the data at the end of the puzzle and it would let me interact with the first part but when i clicked decrypt nothing happened. Not sure if this is the right place for it or not but it seemed right.

If anyone can elaborate on these or give some insight on how to get them or if i have to wait till they’re fixed if proven to be true.

Glad to see i’m not the only one its happening to. I tried all 3 and still same issue even after being in an area for a while as well it just does the basic dodge animation if you dodge so much.
