Quite frankly, you are all looking at DR wrong.

If you are not a bot, and you get punished for doing anything non-exploitive, it means the game designers have failed.

P.S. You can’t defeat bots. Punishing players to do so is insane. Blizzard can’t… but luckily they don’t do insane kitten like the DR system.

It’s happened to a ton of different items that are/were account bound and are now only usable by original character…. not only the mystic salvage kit.

Drives me nuts.

It was bugged for me too, but I finally figured out how to do it… of course I might have gotten lucky, so…. it might not work for you.

Basically, when you clear up to the second group, dont talk to the NPC there… if you look at your map, it will still have the circle down by the entrance to that area (where the agent blew up the blockage).

Run back down to the entrance, and run around a bit until it updates the circle location… it will move it up the tunnel a bit, and spawn some grubs moving back and forth pretty quickly…

After you clear up to the second NPC again, then talking to it should work.
