Although I was in that same team I want to give some more thoughts on this issue.
We did this dungeon three times in the last two weeks and it was stuck in that same situation every single time. At first I thought this might be an issue because everybody skipped the cinematic. But today al of us watched the cinematic and the chopper still did not get to the airship.
What we did:
Arriving on the airship we paced three players on the three cannons to the left and spammed the second skill while the other two defended the canoneers from risen eagles and other undead arriving on the airship. The other three cannons were unmanned the entire time.
Our team setup (unlikely to be the cause of this issue, but I’ll post it anyway):
Asura Guardian, Norn Engineer, Human Thief, Human Necromancer and one random Player.
Unfortunaty it starts to be very frustrating to read update notes stating “fixed blocking issue in Arah” just to realize that this same issue is still present. I would recommend to state in the update notes what kind of blocking issue was fixed.
It would be really good to know if any other people had this bug. I just cannot explain why this bug reoccurs with our group every single time we do this dungeon.
Another thing that bugs me with the dungeon tokens is that they are soulbound rahter than accountbound. I’d much more enjoy these dungeons if I knew that I could actually play them with any character I want with the goal in mind to obtain this certain piece of armour or this certain weapon on a specific character.
For example I really want the Armour from Arah for my guardian but I really do not enjoy the thought of playing Arah explorable 40+ times with my guardian. I think it would be mcuh more fun if you could mix it up.
