Because you told me to, she has now made the ticket instead of me, but we’ve been waiting for 2 weeks already so I’m going straight to this thread, because I doubt I’m going to get any response unless i do so.

Since I didn’t have the Ticket number of my first post i had to remake my ticket, and so i did ^^ Hopefully it won’t take a week to fix this time

I requested a email change on an account i own but I still haven’t recieved any help after 3 days. I included all information with proof or purchase. Would really appreciate it if it could be solved soon!
I don’t have the ticket number as i forgot to save it, sorry. (I made the ticket at about 15:10 ish (03:10 pm) GMT +2. [28.12.13]
