Hello!

Few days ago I posted my idea for legendary greatsword Moonlight(link). I got respond that it would be better to make other type of weapon beacuse there are already 3 legendary greatswords. So I designed new legendary weapons.

Darkmoon Dagger:
Idea for this legendary dagger I got from this thread: click . Dagger have violet glow and dark blue sky with moon in blade. Shield for handle is from violet iron and have violet jewel on middle. Handle have small moon at the end. Moon and handle have dark blue sky with stars skin. When you are walking with dagger there are violet smoke footprints.

Dagger would look a bit different… Im not that good in photoshop to make perfect picture.

Maelstrom Blade:
I got idea for this sword from same thread like for dagger, I just change it a bit. Handle is made from ladder. Blade is divided into two parts(inner and outer part). Both parts are built of stone. Inner part have darker stone then outer. Inner part have 3 holes. In each hole there is stone cube which is rotating and have light glow. When you are not using sword (afking), outer part is not visible. When character start using sword / swaping to sword, the animation build outer part. When you are moving with sword in your hands you are leaving cracks in the ground (footprints).

Bloodthirsty Shield:
Its a black colored bloody shield with dragon head from gw2 logo. Blood and dragon head should have shiny effect when the sun lights it. Also dragon head would have red glow effect while fighting. When you are moving shield leaving blood footprints. (similar to twilight footprints). When you are running there should be red motion blur effect on shield.

Thanks to everyone who leaved positive comments about my greatsword idea. To everyone who said there are already 3 legendary greatswrods I want to say there are 2 not 3. (Twilight and Sunrise). But I agree that it would be better to make 2 legendaries of each type before 3rd greatsword.

If I get idea for any other type of weapon I will post it asap!

There are 3, Twilight, Sunrise and Eternity. Just saying.

Anyway, I love the concept very much, well done. If it wasn’t for the fact that hehave too many greatsword legendaries already, I would totally like to see this implemented

Oh Eternity I totally forgot… But Eternity is still just a mixed Sunrise and Twilight.

think the moon idea would serve a better purpose as a long/short bow or shield (which has been sorta done)

make the bow’s arrows shooting stars
and the shield could show the different phases of the moon over a time period while the uncovered area glitters with stars.

Got some ideas there, you seem talented enough to be able to draw out the general idea of the legendary, so I leave this piece of information in your capable hands ^^

P.S If I would start on any of those, it would be the Maelstorm blade or the Darkmoon dirk. Just suggesting

I really like legendary greatswords in this game. Im currently making sunrise and I almost finished it! (cant wait). While I was thinking about my legendary greatsword I got an idea for new legendary greatsword named Moonlight.

I took paper and draw it:

Then I opened photoshop and draw how it should look like:

Sadly I’m not good with photoshop so the greatsword isn’t awesome as it’s in my minds…

How greatsword should look like:
-Blade design should be the same as sunrise and twilight just different skin… (Sunrise have sunrise, Moonlight should have sky with moon and stars.

-Handle part should be different… Sunrise and Twilight have same handle part (only different color). Moonlight should have different design… It should be black (Same color as twilight handle part) and on middle it should be silver star on the black background. Lower part of handle (where character holding a sword) should be same as exisiting greatswords.

-When character not moving you should see white glowing stars and small part of moon. When character moving and fighting with sword you should see whole moon and more stars. (Same effect as exsisting greatswords)

-Moonlight have only colors similar to black or white. It would look really AWESOME on characters with black/white dyed armor.

Moonlight recipe:
-Gift of Mastery
-Gift of Fortune
-Gift of Moonlight: Gift of Metal + Gift of the Moon + 100x Icy runestones + Superior Sigil of Bloodlust
-Precursor: Precursor should have same skin as Skybringer and sadly different name… I really like Skybringer as precursor name.

Im round 300G away from my legendary (need to collect some more coins to buy Dawn then im done). I want new way to obtain gold, beacuse the way I use now is boring and I want to try something new with atleast same G/h.

Currently I’m spaming CoF P1 like stupid and this way is really boring already and I dont enjoy it anymore… First two weeks was fun, but now after 1000 or even more runs done this is really boring.

I’m not really interested in crafting for profit or flipping TP items… So nothing with TP I guess, beacuse I have bad expiriences… Sometimes I made some profit with TP methods, but sometimes I loss some gold… So this method is not really effective for me…

I have A LOT of skill points (SP) on my character, so im asking if there is anyway to convert them to gold? I heard crafting mystic weapons can bring profit but only round 4G / 50SP and this is not really good….

Now to the point of this topic: I’m asking for new place to obtain gold, beacuse I got extremly bored in CoF. I’m asking for same or even more profitable way to get gold. I heard killing karkas can bring decent amount of gold… still working?

SUGGESTION 5: Item Lock/Unlock.

I would like to add two new items. “Item Lock” and “Item Unlock Key”. Players would be able to purschase “Item Lock” and “Item Unclock Key” somewhere in LA or in gem shop.. That depend on what Anet like more. Function of “Item Lock”: With this item you can lock any of the item. When item is locked you can’t destory, salvage, mystic forge, trade, sell, etc… (1 use only). “Item Unlock Key”: With this key you can unlock any locked item. Locked item will be unlocked after 7 days! (1 use only.).
I like this lock system, beacuse I feel more safe if expensive items are locked… Also if someone come into your account he cant destroy you anything locked. Also maybe adding bank password isn’t bad idea?

SUGGESTION 4: Trade Function.

This one is simple. When you right click on player you would be able to click “Trade”. After that trade dialog window would show up… I think everyone know what I mean and longer explanation about trade window is not required… This function would prevent “scamming”.

SUGGESTION 1: More Functions Under “Hero” (‘H’) Screen.

First I would like to add “Pet slot”. That mean players would be able to equip their miniatures (minis). That mean mini pet would be always with you when equiped (no need opening invertory everytime). Then I would like to add feature to give name to your pet. First time you can name your pet for free and later if you want to rename it, there would be item (“Pet Rename Scroll”) which cost 1G and allow user to rename pet 1 time.

On this screenshot you can also see two arrows at top of picture. This is my second suggestion about more functions in “Hero Screen”. If you click this two arrows you would be able to change your BUILD.

Players would be able to make 5 different builds… I suggest to make this function free, but it would be also OK if 3 builds slot are free and the other two you have to purschase for 200gems each? How this build changing function work? If you have equiped condition dmg items atm, you can create build “CON DMG SET” and then click “Save” button. After that you can click to empty slot and all of your equipment would dissapear, so you are able to equip another items… (I hope everyone understand what I mean, beacuse my english is pretty bad and I dunno how to explain.)

SUGGESTION 2: More Chat Commands.

I would like to add the following chat commands:

“/levels” – Display how many times you level up your character from 80 to 80.
“/kills” – Display how many mobs, invaders, etc. you have killed on current character.
“/MF” – Display your current magic find (food and all buffs included).
“/LFG fractals lv17” – Add searching party icon to your name and when other player click on you the text “fractals lv17” will show. When you get party this icon will be automaticlly removed.
“/LFM” – This function would display all players names in range and their texts seted with “/LFG” command.

SUGGESTION 3: Mini Menu For Consumable (Food).

Player would be able to add up to two foods in quick slot. Also on one food it would be possible to activate “Auto Use”. Auto use would be activated/deactivated same like a skill “Auto Attack”, so by cliking on food with CTRL+MOUSE2.

I think script didnt finished work yet… I’m also still waitting to recive reward. I think we should wait for ANet to tell us that script finished work… If you wont recive reward before this post then I suggest you to send support ticket with screenshots or something? I will do that if i wont recive reward today

I’m really happy to hear from you that you’re running new script to give chest to everyone who deserve it. I was there from beginning to the end then I got disconnected after ancient karka was dead already.

So far I didnt recive chest to my mailbox. I deleted all mails and im hoping to recive mail with deserved reward.

I sent support ticket with screenshots.. If I will recive reward today I will remove it.

And about people who said “Give chest to every player” I 100% agree with you! This is not correct solution for this problem… People like me was there all event.. We leave other things behind just to join that epic one time event, so Its fair that people who wasn’t there recive reward. Also people who get double chest. Its fair that they keep the chest… Its not their fault that they got another one… Its just a script error.
