@Arcane lol, you asked about necros, not rangers, therefore you either ask why our survivability is too low (which it really is) or just ask about the freakin necro/ele hp distribution and the logic behind you.

Because that’s how the class is based. Your skills even allow you to absorb all conditions from alies, think of what would happen if you’d use that skill and got 25 stacks of bleed, burning and all the other crap with 10k base
