My tome of influence did not apply influence to my represented guild. Ticket is now 17 days old. I have updated several times in the hope that it would be bumped and have asked in both this thread and the one about open tickets.

I posted in this thread because my ticket was nearly over 1 month old. I got no reply in this thread, and I still got no human reply to my ticket days later. Meanwhile, I get to read here that it is really going forward with the queue. I highly suspect that my ticket or its content has never been read at all, and neither was my post in this topic.

I want to make you aware that I have a ticket open for a Tome of Influence that did not give me 1000 influence when I used on the first day of the Headstart. This is the same day I opened the ticket. I was understanding at first, because you first wanted to deal with hackers, but now it is simply borderline fraud to not provide me with an item I paid extra money for.

This will, for the record, be the third time I provide a community official with my ticket number, as I once brought my problem to light in a reddit thread and I was asked for my ticket number. I got no response, and just assumed they were busy. I posted earlier here in this thread, and got no response again. So, here it is again, for the third time:

I’ve had a support ticket open for 13 days with no response. Very disappointing. Granted, it’s not a game breaking issue, but it deserves attention.

I’m having great fun on my mesmer at level 18, but I notice my clones hit for between 0 and 1 damage each time, regardless of the weapon I’m using. I know they are meant to be weak, but this seems far too low. Can someone say whether they are working as intended? As it stands, they are really only useful to keep aggro from me for the one or two hits they stay alive.
