Okay guys, this is getting interesting…
I got a respond for my guild wars 1 ticket after 3 months…
Check this out: “After researching the provided information, we will not be able to assist you with accessing this account.”
I cant login, because i dont remember fully to a single char name on my 5-6 years old account, and thats the supports answer.
Wow, just wow….
And on the gw site, they still sell the game at 20-30 euro, and without support…..

Guild Wars 1 tickets.
If your ticket is login related we’re moving GW2 team members over to work on those. If it’s an appeal and your account was compromised we’ll get you back in. If it’s gameplay related you won’t get a response immediately but it will eventually direct you to the Guild Wars wiki.
Going forward all GW accounts with linked GW2 accounts (or seeking a link) will be handled by the GW2 team in order to speed things up.
Again – we only support game access and exploit reporting for Guild Wars. All other issues are no longer supported (game hints, bugs, etc.).

Hi everyone! Gameplan:
All login tickets should be done by this time tomorrow. Password resets, email changes, and authentication removal should all be looked at in 6 hours or less UNLESS you don’t provide enough information to prove ownership of the account (fill out your ticket forms thoroughly!).
Gameplay issues such as deleted items, missing skins, missed rewards are taking the full 72 hour SLA to respond to.
Appeals are also taking longer than normal but we’re getting to them. Again, give us as much info as you can to prove ownership to speed this up.
Guild Wars tickets will soon be handled with GW2 tickets – this will remove the issue of you guys having to wait weeks for help. Note: This will still only apply to game access as we do not support gameplay or bug issues for Guild Wars anymore.
We are still wainting and nothing happens.

Have to wait weeks for help in gw1, you mean months right? 2 months here, with gw1 login probem, lets see if something will happen…

I start to think there is no gw1 support, but anet dont want to speak about it, maybe they expect some more profit from the game.

Yeah, similar problem, dont remember any of my old char names, sent a support ticket 31 days ago, no anwser, i created a topic about it at this forum, was deleted in 8 hours.
Loosing hope.
hello, sorry to tell, but they will delete your post
i made a similar post few days ago, beacuse i cant play gw1, and the support didnt respond in a month.
but because its a gw2 forum, the moderators deleted it.
and ofc there is no official gw1 forum, so thats an interesting thing…
ticket # 1260473 8 days sofar and no response, issue with resetting GW1 password. Basically I changed the account email and as such the GW2 password is not the same as the GW1 password, even though the two accounts are linked through HoM
good luck with that, we waited a month and still no respond to gw1 problem

Ticket number: 1173697
Requested help at jan.25, still waiting.
Then i made a secondary ticket 9 days ago, with ticket number 1242174 still no answer.
Yeah old, but still powerful enough…I can play Skyrim on Ultra settings at a stable 30 fps. Btw I have some friends playing GW2 on medium/high settings on a PC worse than mine so it’s just not optimized correctly. I’m sure I should have more than 15 fps on lowest settings.
I have a PC like yours, and it’s unplayable on lowest settings, just because it runs well on your PC it doesn’t mean that the game has no issues…
I just bought GW2 some days ago, but I have 10 fps in combat(even with only 3 ppl battling), 25 fps while not in combat on an empty place, if there are some ppl around me fps goes down to 15. Also while I’m turning the camera fps goes down to half. I did everything that I found in the FAQs, CPU/GPU temperature is never over 45 degrees celsius. I’m using Performance Preset, everything on lowest. Here are my specs:
Windos 7 SP1
Intel E7500 2×2.93 Ghz
4 Gb Ram
ATI 4850 512 mb
1280×1024 resolution
