Looks like I missed the window for this? Darn. I remember trying to get into the PAX release event you guys did where we waited for hours in that kitten able mall only to be kicked out by Firemen for violating the fire code
I wasn’t able to do the achievement during the first phase of this living story instance, and now when I go to the basecamp Marjory is (obviously) no longer there. Does this mean the achievement cannot be done anymore?
The two options are right next to each other, with only a minimum button padding between them. Not only that, but Transfer is given the corner, making it the more prominent choice and thus easier to hit by accident.
But it’s not really about that. The OP is making a solid point – there should be some measure of confirmation before you actually Transfer. There are confirmation dialogs all over this game for less meaningful actions. There’s no excuse to not have one for an action that costs 1000 gems, let alone being irreversible for a week.
As others have noted, it’s not particularly easy to keep a detailed log of every drop from every foe during every game session, so I’ll provide a single instance that has been representative of my gaming experience recently.
I just completed an event in Cursed Shore, the one where a Champion Undead Abomination spawns just outside of Caer Shadowfain. One would expect high quality drops from a challenging Chmapion fight. Instead, I got a blue Cleric Spear. There has also been issues with farming Sparks and not getting drops, but I could understand that active farming might cause issues. However, a Champion event should not. And it does.
It’s not a good system where I feel zero compulsion to fight a Champion because the rewards I get are equivalent, or worse than, what I get from a basic enemy standing nearby.
