My friend’s account has been suspended for no reason, and he contacted guild wars 2 support about it through their question tickets. It has been 10 days already and still no response from the tech support. Has anyone ever been in this situation where their account got randomly suspended? If so, did you contact the guild wars through the question tickets? How long did it take for them to respond?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
