Not being able to salvage coin bought white items for mats was a real pain for me. I spent hours trying to get about 75 cotton ( 3 hours and I only got 31!!<rage>)from drops because nearly every cloth item I got was higher level since I was already 80. This is less of an issue with the TP up more but still unnecessarily restrictive on something like this.
