Guild Wars 2

The level 40 renown quest given by Krange Lodefinder in Varim’s Run (Fields of Ruin) has a spelling mistake in the on-screen progress tracker description and the mouse-over pop-up hint on the map. They both say “Test branded samples at capsitors …” whereas the NPC’s dialogue and the in-game objects themselves are described/labelled as “capacitors”.

Just to let people know, the solution (at least for me) to the excruciatingly slow loading problem (and missing UI pieces, invisible mobs, missing ground/terrain, etc.) was to repair my gw2.dat file. Instructions on how to do that are here:

I did it from a command prompt, which just seemed easier than making an alias and hacking it. (Open a ‘cmd’ window, ‘cd’ to your gw2 installation directory and then run ‘gw2.exe -repair’.) Worked like a charm!
