Same thing happened to me just a few minutes ago, I’ll probably check back later, but currently I’m missing out on an exotic I got from the intro event that was worth a lot.
Same thing, had an item on the auction house, The Energizer a named exotic and I was going to take it down and put it back up when the object didn’t return to me at the NPC.

Well, it’s good to know it’s being looked over.
I hate when I feel like the only one in the crowd with a problem. :\

So I’ve been playing Guild Wars 2 pretty much since the beta weekends, love the game to bits and have no real complaint save for this one bug.
Whenever I’m in an area where there is a ‘lot’ going on, a lot of combat, a lot of effects, it eventually gets to a point where all the sound cuts out and is replaced by this pulsing sound, bwan, bwan, bwan, etc before finally just crashing.
These crashes only effect GW2 and nothing else on my computer.
I have an ATI HD 5850 with about 8 gigs of ram and a reasonably uptodate everything else with windows 7 64 bit.
I’m curious as to what is causing this, though it is mitigated by me turning down all graphical settings to best performance, that is mitigated, not stopped completely.
This is not a recent occurrence and has been happening since launch, but only now have I gotten fed up enough to post something to the forums about this, it makes doing WVW or mass events in zones a bit of a pill to do.
Addendum to my first post. We were able to find a…work around of sorts.
Basically, my boyfriend hopped around the door while slamming the interact key until something hit and it progressed the quest, expect to do this a bit and go a bit crazy.
Also, you will need to do this twice to properly transition to the next room.
Basically, exactly what PrecisioNist said, but I didn’t see it at the time
In the quest Estate of Decay upon entering the Manse I could not progress past the first door. No matter what I did it would not open, I retried and restarted the quest at least three times, tried dropping group and doing it solo. I tried waiting in the main area until the NPCs in the room initially ran out, but nothing happened.
Please help me progress on this quest, me and a friend are both equally stuck at this point.
