I have had ticket # 120903-011046 open since September Third and haven’t received any meaningful update.
Somehow, in a confusion of beta keys and e-mail addresses when trying to link my GW1 account to my GW2 account I ended up with two separate accounts.
Account A has my GW1 account linked and all the characters I played during the head-start.
Account B has my retail key on it but no Hall of Monuments stuff and I can’t even use the names I wanted to because they’re linked to account A.
Really I wish I could get Account B deleted and then apply my retail key to account A. That way I would be able to play the game, I’d have my characters, my Hall of Monuments.
