Guild Wars 2

I just noticed the level advancement in FotM is character bound and if I want to progress I should focus on doing FotM with only one character. Could this be problematic if I chose to do the fractals with a low level character?

How will this work when the event this weekend is over? Will I have to wait until I get to level 80 with the chosen character to advance even more when the weekend event is over?

Or to sum the questions up: Will FotM be available for low level characters after this weekends events?
