I’ve been going through Black Citadel to try to get map completion. I was able to get to the instances for the points of interest in the center, but got stuck every time. I would go to the exit and no pop up would appear and there is no leave instance button on the screen. I had to exit to character selection every time in order to exit.
Now I’m trying to get into the home instance (hero’s canton) and no pop up is appearing in order to get in. I have tried restarting the game, but that didn’t help.
The server I’m on is Isles of Janthir.
The southern pact just wont move. The same thing happened yesterday. The event can’t continue without them. This is on Isles of Janthir server

Yes the Windborne Dagger trait does not add any speed at all right now. It is also pointed out on the wiki http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Windborne_Dagger
I hope this gets fixed soon. Its a trait that I would really like to use.
